The first part of the Twilight trilogy begins with Isabella’s move from her mother — who is starting a new chapter in her personal life — to her father’s home in a different town. Bella enrolls in a new school and meets new people.

However, her attention is drawn to an unusual family that keeps their distance from everyone. Most of all, she is captivated by Edward Cullen. Curious and intrigued, she tries to uncover who he really is.

Once she discovers his secret, she realizes that nothing can keep her away from him. And he, in turn, lets her into the mysterious world of vampires.
